Owners Paolo Nodari & Livia Colantonio have made substantial investments in the estate with the help of Franco Bernabei, acclaimed winemaker. Old clones of Sangiovese Grosso & Merlot from the old vineyards were cherished while bringing into cultivation many additional acres. The vineyard’s philosophy is “the best wine from the best land”. It assures that every stage of the process, from grape growing to winemaking, employs the most natural techniques. Harvesting is hand done with careful selection of grapes.
